Labyrinth [I Won't Give In]
This is my first Labyrinth movie. Within Temptation – Stand My Ground. I don’t own anything. 15 year old Sarah is obsessed with the book ‘Labyrinth’ One night she is left home alone to babysit her baby brother, Toby, who wouln’t stop crying. Trying to put the baby to sleep, she tells him the story of the Labyrinth. “Once upon a time there was a beautyful girl whose stepmother always made her stay home with the baby. The baby was a spoiled child, and he wanted everything for himself, and the young girl was practicly a slave. But what no one knew was that the king of the goblins had fallen in love with the girl. He had given her sertain powers. So one night, when the baby had been perticulary cruel to her, she called on the goblins for help. Say your right words the goblins said. And we’ll take the baby to the goblin city, and you will be free. But the girl knew that the king of the goblins would keep the baby in his castle for ever and ever and turn it into a goblin. And so the girl suffered in silence. Until one night when she was tired from a day of housework, and hurt by the harsh words of her stepmother, she could no longer stand it” Sarah wishes the child to the goblins and the goblins translate this careless statement into action: The Goblin-King Jareth announces that soon Toby will mutate into a goblin. There is only one hope: Sarah has to find the way to Jareth’s castle – through a dangerous labyrinth, before the clock strikes 13. But is it really Toby Jareth …
